2-4. Installation Examples of Electron-Wave Water-Treatment Unit

All you have to do is to set up the electron-wave transmitter near the target equipment and connect a single lead wire to the equipment or pipe.
Because no contact is made with water, the installation work completes in a few hours without interrupting the facility operation.

A.City-Water Pipe (Removal/Prevention of Corrosion and Red Water) Small-Sized Unit, ME-5050-B
		Five small-sized units installed for 1000 ton water receiving tank The output cord terminal is connected to a pipe flange by bolts/nuts.
		Two small-sized units installed indoors for 150 mm feed-water pipe pump The output cord terminal is connected to a pipe flange by bolts/nuts.

B.Cooling Water System (Descaling and Corrosion Prevention) Small-Sized Unit, ME-5050-B
		One small-sized unit installed at refrigerator side of cooling-water supply pipe of 680kW turbo refrigerator The output cord terminal is connected to a pipe flange by bolts/nuts.

C.Cooling Water System (Descaling and Corrosion Prevention) With a large-size unit ME-5200-B, the electron-wave transmitting electrode lamp is set near the equipment to radiate electron waves through space into the equipment/piping.
	Two large-sized units installed for 4500kW turbo refrigerator The electron-wave transmitting electrode lamps are fixed, facing towards the target equipment.
	One large-sized unit installed for 1500kW fuel oil absorption type water cooling/heating machine The electron-wave transmitting electrode lamps are fixed 30 cm above the equipment.
	One large-sized unit installed for 1400kW gas absorption type water cooling/heating machine The electron-wave transmitting electrode lamps are fixed 30 cm above the equipment.

		Airtight cooling tower Large-sized unit's output cords are laid (in conduits) over the full length (10 m). The electron-wave transmitting electrode lamp (indicated by arrow) is fixed 15cm under the bath.
