5. Handling instructions-1. Installation |
This product is a high-precision unit. Store it in a dust- and water-proof
box and install the box in a room out of direct sunlight. |
-2. Connection |
Connect the output cord to the output connector. On the metal surface of
the target object (pipe flange or equipment) to be connected with the output
cord terminal, peel off the paint and reveal the base metal by grinding.Ensure
that the terminal and the metal surface are securely connected using bolts
and nuts. The unit does not properly function in case of improper connection.
Electron waves are propagated through the output cord, connection, metal,
to the water, in which they are absorbed.Connect the output cord's earth
cord to an earth nearby. |
-3. Operation |
Connect the power cord to the input connector on the unit. The three lamps
should light up: (1) incoming power indicator (green), (2) activation output
indicator (red), and (3) lamp in inspection port. |
-4. Checkup |
For daily checkup, verify that (2) activation output indicator (green),
and (3) lamp in inspection port are lit. |
6. Output cord connection target |
 |
Feed water pipe |
Connect the output cord to the base-side flange of the water feed pipe,
or to the earth screw on the electrode holder of an elevated tank.In the
case of a booster pump or pressure tank type, branch the output cord, connecting
one wire of the cord to the feed water pipe connection flange of the pump
and the other wire to a stainless steel part of the water receiving tank. The
connections must be such that electron waves are always propagating to
the water in both the feed water pipe and the water receiving tank. |
Column pipe |
Branching the output cord, connect one wire of the cord to the discharge
pipe connection flange of the lifting pipe and the other wire to a stainless
steel part of the water receiving tank. The connections must be such that
electron waves are always propagating to the water in both the column pipe
and the water receiving tank. |
Hot water pipe |
Connect the output cord to the supply pipe flange of the pump. |
Hot-water supply pipe |
Connect the output cord to the supply pipe flange of the pump. |
Cooling water |
Connect the output cord to the cooling-water supply pipe flange of the
target equipment.Where a number of equipment devices are linked in a single
system, connect the output cord to the supply pipe flange between the pump
and the equipment. If a header is available, make the connection to the
connectable metal part of the header or to the flange. |
